1. The present appeal has been preferred by the Appellants assailing the Award dated 05.04.1999 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Patiala , whereby the claim petition filed by Appellants for grant of compensation on account of death of Kala Singh alias Aya Singh in a motor vehicular accident that occurred on 19.04.1996 was dismissed on merits, though the appellants were awarded Rs.50,000/- under no-fault liability.
