[2] By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgments and decrees dated 03.08.2021 & 17.10.2023 passed by the Courts below, whereby, a suit for declaration and permanent injunction filed at the instance of respondent-plaintiff came to be decreed in its favour.
