Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioner vide which the designation of the petitioner has been changed from Shift Attendant to ALM. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to correct the designation from ALM to Shift Attendant and to allow him to continue the work as Shift Attendant.
