1. This revision petition is directed against the order dated 10.10.2025 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, vide which the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, moved by defendant No.1/respondent for amendment of written statement as well as counter claim has been allowed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that facts of the case have not been correctly appreciated while allowing the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC. Rather, false facts have been pleaded in the application seeking amendment alleging that defendant No.1/respondent has been forcibly dispossessed from the suit property in the month of July 2024.
