1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.67 dated 16.04.2025, registered under Sections 61(2), 351(2), 351(3), 318(4), 316(2), 249, 336(3), 338, 340(2) BNS; 4, 5, 6, of PCMC Act; 3(2) of HPIDFE Act & 21(2) BUDS Act at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad.

2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for more than 5 months. He alleges false implication. There is no amount that came in his account. Co-accused Dr. Sukhdev Singh has opened the company under the name and style of Shishpal Frontlane Consultancy and Services Private Limited in village Sehnal, to which he owned 49998 shares while 1% is alleged by Vikram Singh and another 1% is alleged to the petitioner and now, had shifted the same in the house of Baljinder Singh @ Bindu
