This petition has been filed by petitioner –financial institution aggrieved by non-execution of order dated 02.01.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by District Magistrate, Karnal (respondent No.2), u/s 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (‘SARFAESI Act’, for brevity).

1.1 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondents No.5 to 7 – borrowers had already approached Debts Recovery Tribunal – 2, Chandigarh, by filing SA 102/2025, which has been dismissed by the Tribunal vide order dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-6).
