This is the first petition/application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in criminal case arising out of FIR No. 175 dated 08.07.2025, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Tripuri, District Patiala.
