The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, arising out of FIR No.62 dated 16.05.2019 registered under Section 306, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’) at Police Station Division No.8, Jalandhar, whereby application for discharging of petitioner has been dismissed on 08.02.2024 and on the same date, charge under Section 306 of IPC read with Section 34 of IPC has been framed against the petitioners.
