Through the instant petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, has approached this Court, seeking quashing of the result, which was declared by respondent no.1, on dated 13.11.2024 (Annexure P-8), whereby, respondent no.2, was selected to the post of Process Server in general category, whereas only three posts were advertised for general category candidates, and one post of general (sportsman), and rest posts for other reserved category.
