1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of order dated 28.05.2025, whereby the suspension of the sentence of the petitioner was revoked by the Court of learned ASJ, Sri Muktsar Sahib in case CRM/CRA-601-2023.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was convicted for two years in a complaint filed under Section 138 NI Act vide judgment dated 13.10.2023, whereafter, he had preferred an appeal against the same, wherein his sentence was suspended vide order dated 07.12.2023 and he continued to appear before the Appellate Court regularly but for 22.01.2025 & 28.05.2025, leading to cancellation of his bail and revocation of order granting him suspension of sentence, Annexure P-5, which is now listed on 19.02.2026. His non-appearance was neither intentional nor deliberate but due to the aforesaid bona fide reason. He is ready and willing to
