This petition under Section(s) 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, hereinafter being referred to as “BNSS” only, has been moved for grant of bail with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 250 dated 03.12.2019 under Section(s) 302, 307, 120-B, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, lodged in Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab.

2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of “Jacky Kumar”, hereinafter being referred to as “complainant. It was stated by the above named complainant that on 03.12.2019 at about 5:00 PM, ‘Manpreet Singh alias Manna’ (now deceased) went to the gym, situated at Sky Mall Malout for exercise and the complainant along with ‘Abhi Babeja’, also DEEPAK KUMAR BHARwDWeAnJt there.
