1. Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of interim bail for a period of seven days to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No. 92 dated 29.07.2025, registered under Sections 103(1), 115, 118(2), 126, 190, 191(2), 249(a), 351(3) and 61 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Jui Kalan, District Bhiwani.

2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been arraigned as an accused in the aforementioned FIR and is lodged in District Jail, Bhiwani. The marriage ceremonies of his sister’s sons, namely Hayance and Rohit, are to be performed on 19.02.2026. He is the only brother of his sister and has to perform certain essential rituals like Bhat ceremony i
