1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2 and memo dated 23.10.2024 (Annexure P-8). Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to count the entire part time service of the petitioner from 01.10.1989 to 09.04.2006 followed by regular service towards pensionary benefits and accordingly to release his pension under the Old Pension Scheme along with consequential arrears with an interest @ 12% per annum.
