Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.110 dated 24.06.2023 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. 2.
