1. This revision petition is directed against the order dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Narnaul vide which an application for leading additional evidence under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC has been allowed in an appeal instituted by the respondent titled ‘Udai Singh Vs. Suresh’.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the material placed on the file.
3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with, as it would only delay the proceedings and cause unnecessary expenditure to the respondent.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the respondent-appellant has instituted the appeal against judgment and decree dated 11.03.2016 (Annexure P-1) and thereafter, an application under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC was moved. Learned Appella
