The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Abohar in Civil Suit No. CS No. 905 of 2021 titled Shiv Narain Bhadoo Vs. Mahavir Bhadoo (now deceased) through his legal heirs, whereby the evidence of the petitioner–plaintiff was closed by order of the Court.

Briefly stated, the petitioner–plaintiff Shiv Narain Bhadoo instituted a suit for declaration to the effect that he is owner in possession of the suit property as detailed in the plaint, along with consequential relief of permanent injunction restraining the respondents–defendants from interfering in his peaceful possession over the suit property.
