The present petition has been filed impugning the judgment dated 15.09.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat & the judgment of conviction dated 20.05.2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Smalkha at Panipat, whereby the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
