1. The present revision petition has been instituted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court to assail the order dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure P-15) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalka, whereby the application preferred by the respondent-plaintiff under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, “CPC”) seeking appointment of a Local Commissioner has been allowed.

2. The suit, in brief, has been instituted by the respondent- plaintiff for a decree of permanent injunction restraining the petitioner and other defendants from interfering with his alleged peaceful possession over the suit land, fully described in the head-note of the plaint, forming part of Khasra No. 1034 (4-1), situated in village Marranwala, Hadbast No. 95, Tehsil Kalka, as reflected in the Jamabandi for the year 2022–23
