1) On 20.02.2026, this Court had passed the hereinafter extracted order:-

“At the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioners, Board of School Education, Bhiwani, Haryana, is arrayed in the array of respondents, as respondent No.7. He undertakes to file amended memo of parties with the Registry of this Court, during the day itself. Complete set of paper book has been supplied to learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents No.4 and 7, respectively, in the Court itself.

Through the instant writ petition, cast under Article

226/227 of the Constitution of India, a serious issue has been raised by the petitioners, who are minors, are alleged to have been duped by respondent No.2. It is submitted that an FIR, in this regard, has also been registered against the officials of respondent No.2. It is further submitted that respondent No.2-school, is affiliated with Board of School Education, Bhiwani, Haryana.

Ms. Vasundhra Asija Bhandari, Advocate, who is present in the Court, is directed to have apposite instructions from respondent No.7- Board of School Education, Bhiwani, Haryana, as to how, the grievance of the petitioners can be redressed.

This Court passes a direction upon the respondent No.7, to come up with clear instructions, on the next date of hearing, as to how, the provisional admit card for the students for appearing in Class 10^th examination, can be issued.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing for respondent No.4, is directed to have complete instructions from respondent No.4, with regard to the facts, as narrated in the instant writ petition, and to apprise this Court, on the next date of hearing. He is also directed to coordinate with Board of School Education, Bhiwani, Haryana, to ensure that the grievance of the present petitioners can be redressed.

Considering the urgency involved in the instant matter, list on 23.02.2026.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, informs this Court that the petitioners have duly filled up the necessary forms, and also deposited the requisite fee. Therefore, he is sanguine that they will be issued the admit cards, at the earliest. However, he submits that there are two more students who have neither joined the petitioners in the instant writ petition, nor have come up to carry out the necessary formalities, but their academic career is also at stake.

3) On the other hand, Ms. Vasundhra Asija Bhandari, learned counsel for respondent No.7, after having instructions from the quarter concerned, concedes the abovesaid position. Accordingly, she informs this Court that the admit cards will be issued to the petitioners by tomorrow, and they will be allowed to take rest of the examinations, which are scheduled from 26.02.2026. So far as the remaining two students are concerned, she fairly submits that, in case, they fill up their forms, and deposit the requisite fee by tomorrow, their claim shall also be considered by the respondent-Board, positively, as expeditiously as possible.

4) In view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed, and the proceedings are closed.

5) This Court records its appreciation for the earnest efforts made by Ms. Vasundhra Asija Bhandari, learned counsel for respondent No.7, for getting the matter resolved amicably in a short span of time, and securing the academic career of the petitioners.
