This is the first petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0009 dated 16.01.2025, registered under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 333 and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.
