1. The appellants–defendants, aggrieved by the concurrent judgment and decree dated 17.04.1996 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Rohtak, whereby the appeal preferred by them was dismissed and the judgment and decree dated 29.03.1994 passed by the learned Additional Senior Sub Judge, Bahadurgarh decreeing the suit of the respondents–plaintiffs was affirmed, have approached this Court by way of the present Regular Second Appeal.

BACKGROUND FACTS

2. The respondents–plaintiffs filed a suit for permanent injunction seeking to restrain the appellants–defendants from forcibly taking possession of the suit property. The case of the plaintiffs is that both parties are permanent residents of Village Shahpur, Tehsil Bahadurgarh, District Rohtak. The plaintiffs claimed to be
