1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 03.09.2025, under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended vide Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and Section 61(2) of the BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Range District Ludhiana.

2. On 09.10.2025, this Court had passed the following order:-

“Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner is not an employee in the Tehsil office or any other Government Department and in fact, he is a stamp vendor.
