1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0189 dated 26.08.2025, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Maqboolpura, Amritsar.

2. On 04.11.2025, this Court had passed the following order:-

“This petition for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, has been filed by petitioner, an accused in case bearing FIR No.189 dated 26.08.2025 registered against him at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar, for the commission of offences punishable u/s 420, 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that falsity of the case set up by the complainant party is apparent from the fact that there has been an unexplained delay of almost 09 years in getting the FIR registered. In any case, the
