2. On 08.01.2026, this Court had passed the following order:-
“1. Prayer in this petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.391, dated 07.09.2025, registered at Police Station City, Palwal, Haryana (Annexure P-1), under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 61(2) of BNS added later on.
2. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 19.12.2025 of Manoj Verma, H.P.S. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal filed on behalf of the respondent-
State is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he has not been named in the FIR and no overt act is attributed to him. The offence, in question, was committed by Dhurender, Prem Chand, and Dev Raj, who have already been arrested. Further, a compromise has been effected between the petitioner and the victim, a copy of which has been placed on record.
