1. The present petition has been filed impugning the judgment dated 05.01.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur & the judgment of conviction dated 13.12.2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Garhshankar, whereby the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
