1. This revision is filed against the judgment dated 01.12.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner, challenging the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.02.2020, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala in case FIR No.69 dated 16.07.2011 under Sections 279, 304-A IPC, registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Patiala was upheld.

2. Brief background of the case is that an alleged road accident stated to have occurred on 15.07.2011 resulting in the death of one Raghunath Sayal. Upon trial, vide judgment and order of sentence dated 04.02.2020, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala, the petitioner was convicted and sentenced as under:-
