1. The substantive prayer made in the present appeal reads, thus:

“It is, therefore respectfully prayed that the appeal may kindly be allowed and the judgment dated 18.08.2015 passed by the Ld. Court of Meenakshi Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nabha, whereby the 1d. Trial Court has acquitted the Respondents of the charges under Section 323, 324, 452 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the complaint filed by the Appellant may kindly be set aside and the Respondent may kindly be ordered to be convicted for the offence committed by him under Sections 323, 324, 452 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in the interest of justice.”

Alongwith an appeal, an application for grant of leave has also been preferred under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C., 1973
