1. This is the first petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner during the pendency of trial in case FIR No. 0204 dated 07.05.2024, registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 and 506 IPC (corresponding to Sections 61(2), 316(2), 318(4) and 351(2) of BNS), at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani, Haryana.

2. Briefly stated, the facts of the case are that the present FIR has been registered on the complaint of Pawan Dalmia alleging that he along with another person had entered into an agreement with M/s Kizansh Spirits Pvt. Ltd. for C&F agency in the State of Haryana and, in pursuance thereof, deposited an amount of about ₹1.60 crores in the bank account of the company.
