1. The instant one is the fourth petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 14 dated 19.02.2024, registered under Section 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran. His first petition was dismissed by this Court on merits on 22.04.2025 and second and third petitions were filed for grant of interim bail.
