1. Petition, i.e. CRM-M-31584-2025 is filed by the petitioner – Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.243, dated 26.12.2024, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of BNS (sections 109/304 of BNS added later on), registered at

Police Station City South, District Moga.

Petition, i.e. CRM-M-20363-2025 is filed by the petitioner –

Kulwinder Singh @ Gaggu, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.243, dated 26.12.2024, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of BNS (sections 109, 304 of BNS added later on) (Sections 341, 323, 324, 34, 307 of IPC and section 304 BNS with regard to snatching),

registered at Police Station City South, District Moga.

Petition, i.e. CRM-M-31584-2025 is filed by the petitioner –

Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.243, dated 26.12.2024, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of BNS (sections 109, 304 of BNS added later on) (Sections 341, 323, 324, 34, 307 of IPC and section 304 BNS with regard to snatching),

registered at Police Station City South, District Moga.

2. Incident in the present case occurred at approximately 5 -

5.15 A.M. on 25.12.2024, and FIR was registered on 26.12.2024.

3. Injured complainant, namely, Shinderpal Singh, got recorded

his statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“I practice private doctor in the village. I go for a walk every morning. On 25/12/24, as usual, I left my house with my dogs for a walk, and when I was returning home after walking and walking my dogs, at about 5-5.15 am, I was about 100 yards from my house on the Gholia side, a white Swift car came from

the Gholia Kalan side, which stopped in front of me and surrounded me. Three unknown persons got out of the car, two of whom had sharp-edged iron weapons (Kapa), and one had a wooden stick. As soon as they got out, two persons attacked my legs with the iron weapons (Kapa), causing severe injuries below my knees, and a lot of blood started flowing from both my legs. Then, the person with the wooden stick tried to hit me on the head, and when I raised my right arm to defend myself, it hit my arm and my right arm was broken. I shouted for help, and hearing my screams, the neighbors gathered. Seeing the crowd, these three persons fled in their car towards Gholia with their weapons. Due to severe injuries, I could not note the car number. Seeing the crowd, my two sons, Davinder Singh and Varinder Singh, also arrived at the scene. They arranged for transportation and took me to Prem Hospital Moga, where they referred me to DMC Ludhiana due to my critical condition. I am under treatment here.
