Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.30 dated 22.06.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 125, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 (Sections 336, 34 of IPC) and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 [Sections 109, 308(4), 61(2), 346, 317(2) of BNS (Sections 307, 387, 120-B, 489, 411 of IPC) added later on], at Police Station Mattewal, Amritsar.

The gravamen of the allegations against the petitioner is that the complainant, namely, Pavittarjit Singh, stated that on 22.06.2025, between 05:20 PM and 05:30 PM, he was present at his shop along with his helper, Gursahib Singh.
