Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 42 dated 28.9.2025, under Sections 316(2) and 85 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District SAS Nagar.
