The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 BNSS has been invoked for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.109 dated 17.09.2024 under Sections 4, 6 and 17 of POCSO Act, Sections 351(3), 308(2), 70(1) and 70(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Women Ballabhgadh, District Faridabad.

“Brief circumstances of the case are that on 17.09.2024, I am present at the police station and the victim girl came to the police station with her parents.
