1. Petitioner Sukhdeep Kaur has filed instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.13 dated 17.01.2026 under Sections 108/56 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda, Punjab.

2. As per facts of the case, Harmanpreet Kaur, aged about 17 years, gave her statement that she was studying in 10th class. Her younger brother was studying in 8th class. On 19.12.2025, she had gone to attend a party in the house of her friend Khushnoor Kaur. Her father dropped her to the house of her friend. Later-on mother of her friend brought her to Rampura Mandi from where she went along with her friend Sukhpreet Singh.
