1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.05 dated 03.01.2026 under Sections 21 & 29 (added later on) of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Ambala Cantt., District Ambala.

On 23.01.2026, following order had been passed: - “ The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered against him vide FIR No.05 dated 03.01.2026 under Sections 21 & 29 (added later on) NDPS Act at Police Station Ambala Cantt.
