The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.40 dated 20.11.2025 under Sections 7, 7A, 13(1)(B) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station ACB, Gurugram.

2. The present FIR came to be registered at the instance of Amandeep and reads as under:-

It is submitted that I, Amandeep S/o Vimal, resident of Village Rambas, Tehsil Kanina, District Mahendergarh, am a student of B.A. IIIrd Year. My father has been ill for many days. For household needs in the year 2024, my father had taken a loan on our house from India Shelter Bank, Nimrana (Rajasthan).

Now due to further financial needs, my father has taken a higher loan on our house from UTKARSH Bank. The previous loan was entered in the bank record, which was required to be remove
