Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.395 dated 04.12.2014 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Tripuri Town, District Patiala, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromises (Annexures P-2 and P-3).
