Present 2^nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.255 dated 30.6.2023 under Sections 323, 307, 387, 506, 34, 120-B of the IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.
