1. The instant one is the second petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to him in case bearing FIR No. 86 dated 11.06.2024, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) at Police Station Special Task Force, STF Wing, Ferozepur. His previous petition was dismissed on

15.07.2025.

2. The petitioner has been facing trial in the aforementioned case on the allegations that on 11.06.2024, he was found in conscious possession of 1430 intoxicating tablets of Clovidol 100 SR having salt of Tramadol Hydrochloride and 9,30,000/- tablets of Pregabalin.
