1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.138 dated 22.12.2020, under Section 379-B, 34 of IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (offence under Section 379-B(2) vide Rapat No.16 dated 26.02.2021 and Section 201 of IPC vide Rapat No.36 dated 13.09.2023 added later on) registered at Police Station Chohla Sahib, District Tarn Taran.

2. Succinctly, facts of the present case are that the FIR in question was registered on the statement of complainant, namely, Jagdeep Singh. It was alleged that on 22.12.2020 at about 02:45 PM, when he was coming to Chohla Sahib from Dhun Dhai Wala after collecting the installments from members and was near the bridge of Dhun Dhai Wala, three clean shaven young men came there on a blue-black colour motorcycle make Hero Honda bearing No.PB-02-5281 with muffled faces.
