Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing GD No.31, 28.09.2025 under Section 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS 2023 of FIR No.227 dated 24.09.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS 2023 at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.
