1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.203 dated 04.12.2025, registered for offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/ 351(2)/ 506/ 3(5) of the BNS (Sections 302, 506, 34 of IPC), at Police Station GRP, District Jalandhar.

2. On 12.03.2026, the following order was passed:-
