1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.485 dated 20.08.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS and Section 24 of the Emigration Act, registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-2), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.
