1. The petitioner has filed the present revision petition against the impugned judgment dated 31.05.2007 passed by the Court of Sessions Judge, Rewari and the judgment of conviction dated 10.02.2004 and order of sentence dated 16.02.2004 passed by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari, whereby, the petitioner was convicted for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 279 and 304 A of IPC and was sentenced as under:-

Under Section 279 IPC RI for six months and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default of payment of fine, he shall further undergo RI for 10 days.
Under Section 304-A IPC RI for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- and in default of payment of fine, he shall further undergo RI for 20 days.
