1. Present third petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.104, dated 30.07.2023, under Sections 302, 307, 323, 324, 326, 120-B, 34 of IPC and sections 25, 29, 30 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar.

2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that FIR in the present case was got registered on the statement of complainant, namely, Mahavir Singh. It was alleged that the complainant came out of the jail 15 days ago and was going to village Padhyana on his motorcycle.
