1. Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.137 dated 18.06.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118, 305, 333, 298, 126(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190, 238 of BNS (offence under Seciton 118(2) of BNS added later on, vide DDR No. 32 dated 05.08.2025) at Police Station Lopke, District Amritsar Rural.
