The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 19 dated 25.09.2025 registered under Sections 308(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Crime Wing, SAS Nagar Mohali.
