Prayer in the present Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for setting aside the impugned order dated 22.08.2025 (Annexure P-5), passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-Rent Controller, Jind, whereby the application dated 22.04.2025 (Annexure P-3), filed by the petitioners-
