1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.40 dated 13.05.2024 under Sections 341, 506, 323, 324, 148 and 149 of IPC (Sections 295-A, 325 and 307 added and Section 324 of IPC deleted later on) registered at Police Station Daresi, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 09.02.2026 (Annexure P-5), which is stated to have been effected between the parties.
