1. This petition for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by petitioner, a co-accused in case bearing FIR No.175 dated 21.08.2024, registered against him at Police Station City-I Abohar, District Fazilka, u/s 306 read with 34 of IPC.

2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajbir Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not needed for further investigation.

3. On 29.11.2025, following order was passed.
